Happy New Month
Happy Independence Day
Text: Psalms 103:2-4 (KJV)
Bless
the Lord, O my soul, and
forget not all his benefits: Who forgiveth all thine
iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases; Who redeemeth
thy life from destruction; who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender
mercies;
Friends, all
that we are enjoying today are packaged as a loaded benefit that we did not
merit but His love made all available as an inheritance. It is indeed a
privilege to see a day of freedom to us as individuals and as a nation. Happy
glorious month of October as we are standing today because He has redeemed our
lives from destruction and put a crown of honour to shine from our spirit, soul
and body. Psalm 130:8 And
he shall redeem Israel from all his iniquities. Indeed, God brought us thus far into the 10th
month by reason of the compass of His presence and we cannot forget the cloud
of His glory that levelling mountains set before us in this new month.
Amazingly, we escaped from the arrows that fly by
day and night just by His mercy. And here we are as the Lord has satisfied our
mouth with good things and His loving kindness has been unending. Cheer up, God
has been faithful and good to us. Psalm 104:1 Bless the Lord, O my soul. O Lord my
God, thou art very great; thou art clothed with honour and majesty. And all the benefits that
is following us into this season cannot be covered even in this month. It has been His goodness that is following
and running after our lives with great evidence of new wine. Yes, we walked
through valleys of challenges but He prepared a table of abundance in the midst
of the storm. Welcome to a new month and we trust God for endless lifestyle of
appreciation to the Almighty in Jesus name.
