Wholeness by thanksgiving

Welcome to July

Text:  Luke 17:18-19 (KJV)

There are not found that returned to give glory to God, save this stranger. And he said unto him, Arise go thy way, thy faith hath made the whole.

Friends, it is another half of the year and God has been faithful to us if we can think whole. Therefore, we must learn to give Him quality thanks with our all. He is still set to do amazing things in our lives for perfection. So, we should rather start this new month with a grateful heart just like that one leaper that saw he was healed, and still on the way returned back to give Him glory.  Yes, there were ten healed but Jesus asked, where are the nine? We should not forget where we asked God for mercy concerning that expectation.  Or we are also waiting for the master to request for our thanks? God forbid. Psalm 106:1 Praise ye the Lord, O give thanks unto the Lord, for He is good, for His mercy endureth forever. Infact, we will genuinely acknowledge Him this new month and new season ahead of time as a lifestyle as we give Him gifts and share our testimonies with others.

Amazingly, for this one leaper that returned, Jesus said arise go thy way, thy faith has made thee whole. Indeed, a heart of appreciation takes us to a level of perfection in our expectations. This is a complete healing that involves all areas of our lives. We should even be grateful because for the leapers while still on their way were cleansed. So, even as we are just entering into this new month, let’s spend time with thanks. Psalm 105:3 Glory ye in his name, let the heart of them rejoice that seek the Lord. Let’s call and glory in His name, sing psalms, hymns and even talk of his wondrous works as a way of appreciation. In so doing, we are giving Him thanks because God is set to do marvelous wonders again in our lives. But, we must vow to him all the glory. So, thank God enough because His glory will He not share with any mortal man. So, he expects thanks from us today in Jesus name.

PRAYER POINT:

1.        Oh Lord help us to seek thy strength in thanksgiving as we make known His deeds among the people in Jesus name.
