Our eyes are FIXED.

Text: 2Chronicles 20:12

O our God, wilt thou not judge them? For we have no might against this great company that cometh against us; neither know we what to do; but our eyes are upon thee.

Friends, in the circumstances of life when you are confronted on every side, remember yours eyes on Him. Do not drift from focusing on the Lord.   Yes, when our faith is small and we want to give up, where do we look up to? Psalm 25:15 Mine eyes are ever toward the Lord: for he shall pluck my feet out of the net. Adversities in life are to make you or mare you but where do you look to?  Unpleasant situations happen without prior signals, but we need to be loaded to stand out in the face of challenges. Your confidence in a matter is based on the knowledge and exposure you have on that subject. May we learn of Him today.

Interestingly, you cannot fix your eyes on a God you do not have knowledge about. Therefore, there is every need to have personal experience of His faithfulness in those little issues around you. So, if you can proof Him reliable on that very concern now, you can trust Him on the bigger issue for tomorrow. Hence, you can grow your trust on Him over time where we can say, I know my redeemer lives. He doesn’t change but we need to turn our attention to Him continually by holding on his word. He is constant but we are the variables. You can’t be convinced of Him, if there is no genuine encounter. I pray our eyes will forever be fixed on Him in Jesus name.

PRAYER POINT:

1.Oh Lord may we remember the victories of the battles of yesterday to continue to fix our eyes unto Him on the current situation in Jesus name.

ACTION QUOTE: Remember to look unto Him in all situations.
