Beyond your request

Text:1 Kings 3:13 (KJV)

And I have given thee that which thou hast not asked, both riches, and honour: so that there shall not be any among the kings like unto all thy days.

 

Friends, there are reserved answers to your prayer points because God sees beyond your present needs. He exceeds beyond expectations. Yes, He will answer beyond your request. There are so many things you can’t truly ask in the place of prayer. But, they come to us as accrued benefit in the place of prayer by covenant. Hence, your request is far beyond your needs and wants. But, the good news is that God knows and see all. Let’s learnt to trust Him in all. Therefore, His response as answers to our prayers goes beyond the prayer list. According the scripture above, Solomon in his prayer on understanding the heart to judge the people and to discern good and bad, his request pleased the Lord. Math 6:33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. Remember, He has largeness of heart in his request, he did not request for self and life of his enemy, so the Lord added more.

Amazingly, He gave Solomon far more than his request in that He added what he has not asked of the Lord. He added both riches and honour, and his wisdom excelled the wisdom of all men which makes it clear that our prayers cannot limit God. Yes, he will do exceedingly above all we ask or think. Eph3:20 Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us.  Therefore, let’s learn to be open with God, so we cannot limit Him as to enjoy peace, dominion and safety. Friends, He can do beyond your expectations even now in Jesus name.

PRAYER POINT:

Father, open our eyes to see what He has granted unto us, the overwhelming net breaking experience beyond our catch in Jesus name.
