Decide to Comport Wisely

 

Text: Psalms 101:2 (KJV)

I will behave myself wisely in a perfect way. O when wilt thou come unto me? I will walk within my house with a perfect heart.

Friends, it takes a personal determination to live and walk blameless in life today.  It is a virtue that is developed in the secret and worked out to the open. And, we can make up our minds as David declared to himself that he will behave honourably, which singled him out. Just like in Daniel 1:8- But Daniel purposed in his heart that he would not defile himself with the portion of the king’s meat, nor with the wine he drank: therefore he requested of the prince of the eunuchs that he might not defile himself.  What is your request that will make you walk wisely? There is a need for reformation of attitudes and habits which in turn brings rewards at last. Remember, the society is in dear need of individuals with right attitudes that will carefully front moral principles in different fields of life. And you can be in the number.

Interestingly, we must decide to refuse and reject specific ideas and crooked attitudes in this present generation where evil has become predominant as a way of life. Prob 14:12 There is a way that seems right to a man, But its end is the way of death. We have to be purposeful and create boundaries to the do’s and don’ts around us. Ultimately, wise behaviour will continue to bring approval and recommendation in our society if you must accomplish great success. So, let’s make up our minds for the right living both inside and outside and God will help us in all in Jesus name.

1-Father, may our exemplary life distinguish us in the midst of the crowd for honour and new crown that will become a positive influence to others in Jesus name
