Incubate His Spirit

 

Text: Jude 1:20 (KJV)- But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost.

We must take responsibility as a clear difference between a believer and an unbeliever. We are meant to incubate His presence all around us on our daily living as to enjoy His personality to the fullest. This influence is what brings about of the fruits of the Spirit that includes, love, kindness etc. and this means that the Spirit is a quickening spirit.

Interestingly, when Jesus was about to die, He promised that He was going to send the Holy Spirit as a teacher and comforter, which He did. John 14:26- But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you. So, our new birth in Christ changes our carnal mind into the Spirit of Christ, and this is by the help of the Holy Spirit. We need to keep yielding ourselves to the Word of God and prayers, especially with the prayer in tongues, for us to experience this change. John 3:6- That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is Spirit. So, I encourage you to keep praying for the Spirit to fill your heart so that you can manifest His nature in your physical and spiritual life in Jesus name.

PRAYER POINT:

1.      Oh Lord, please help us to be sensitive with Holy Spirit so as to always pick divine signals in Jesus name.
