Text: Joshua
21:45(KJV)
Not one of all the
Lord’s good promises to Israel failed; everyone was fulfilled
Friends, life confronts us with uncertainties but
God’s promises are real. So, having a heart full of thanksgiving to God’s
promises signs us up as a candidate for another blessing. It is finally the
last day of the month of August, so it is important we come before His presence
with a grateful heart. There has been several promises to us as an individual and
no one otherwise disappointed us. Hence, God is true to all His promises. He is
a promise keeper. Today, there is an assurance to us that all He covenanted to
His children came to pass. There is nothing missing neither anyone broken. We
judge God faithful to all as His words are sure because of His unchanging
character even now. 2 Cori.20:1 For no matter how
many promises God has made, they are ‘Yes’ in Christ. And so through him the
‘Amen’ is spoken by us to the glory of God. Remember, His
promises have been thoroughly tested, so trust him again.
We should learn to hope in every of God’s
promises by thanking Him in advance because as He say it, every one of His word
shall come to pass. Number 19:23 God is not a man, that he should lie; neither
the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or
hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good. So, let’s rest our
confidence on the reliability and dependability of our God for He cannot lie to
us. Remember, God is unfailing and He is working it because His capacity is
large enough to bring it to pass. I pray we shall anchor and be restful on the
promises of God today by thanking God for all in Jesus name.
PRAYER POINT:
Father, help us not to waver at the promise of through unbelief, just like
Abraham but remain strong in faith even in this season in Jesus name.
