Squeezed for glory

 

Text: 2 Corinthians 4:8-9 (KJV)

 

We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; Persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed

Friends, we are in a journey that is taking us through life, that as we are going through the worst, we are getting in on the best. Yes, seeing that after you have suffered for a while God by His mercy will settle you for honour, we must then be intentional to walk with God in the time opposition. Hence, the feeling of being squeezed in the mind, body, life and on every side is not a pleasant one, but it takes our leaning on God to turn around the pain. Romans 8:18 For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us. It is in a season on uncertainty that come as a result of lose or betrayal that many are made. So as a believer, it has become a hopeful moment because of the knowledge of God in us and His love. We must remember, it is not wasted season as child of God. But I know through the trials and temptations, God will be gloried in this season as God is working out things for my good.

Amazingly, we must remember that is in this atmosphere of pain that God produces glory out of our squeeze. We cannot forget the olive, grape trees etc as they must be squeezed to get the best out as a product, as well as raw gold before the precious and valuable ornament today. Just like Paul said we are also well-acquainted with suffering 2 Cori.4:17 For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory. So, let’s us focus on the glory. Hence, we must recognize that power and glory are squeezed as we go through life pressure as it processes us for the story of attraction. We must therefore embrace the squeezing moment because greatness would not have been birthed any other way except through the squeeze moment. Therefore, to this end, all we are going through in life will yield peaceable fruit. I pray for the grace to pass through the floods of life in Jesus name

PRAYER POINT:

1. Heavenly father make us not resist squeeze moment rather make maximum investment to know and embrace God’s nature in Jesus name.
