His Mighty Acts – part 2

Text: Psalm 89:8(KJV)

O Lord God of hosts, who is a strong Lord like unto thee? or to thy faithfulness round about thee .

Friends, it is clear to us that no battle in our lives is greater than the mighty God. We can see His mighty acts in the parting of the red sea, in the deliverance of Danial in the lion’s den etc. And today, God is still delivering people from impossible situations that is overwhelming around us. So, we must remember that the demonstration of His power is an expression of His love and faithfulness to us. He is still doing wonders without number from generation to generation. Psalm 77:14 Thou art the God that doest wonders: thou hast declared thy strength among the people.

Amazingly, that same God of old is still able to rescue us from any form of danger today. Yes, He has healed all manner of sicknesses, He has raised many from dead both physical and spiritual and He is the same today and forever. Deut 3:24 O Lord God, thou hast begun to shew thy servant thy greatness, and thy mighty hand: for what God is there in heaven or in earth, that can do according to thy works, and according to thy might? Hence, He delights in showing Himself strong and mighty to those who trust in His ability. So, I encourage us to hold firm unto our God because He is will willing, He is able and He is available in every circumstance to bring glory and honour to Him in that case in Jesus name.

PRAYER POINT:

1.       Oh Lord show your mighty acts as in the time of old as demonstrated in the scriptures even in our lives today in Jesus name.
