Negative Pattern

 

Text: Genesis 19:38(KJV)

And the younger, she also bare a son, and called his name Ben-ammi: the same is the father of the children of Ammon unto this day.

We need to be careful in our day to day living because most of the attitude lives us with an evil pattern which the rest of the family or nation suffers ignorantly. Lot’s daughters slept with their father, the first bare a son and called his name Moab. He is the father of Moabites and that pattern did not end with her but passed on to the younger sister.  The birth of Moab, which means “from the father”, became an evil pattern. We can see the Moabites went out of faith from God and became Idolaters and were enemy to the children of Isreal.  Today, we are struggling with so many negative patterns in different areas of life. We must be conscious because negativity does not end ones rather it maintains a trend that become a pattern even in future. It takes prayers and deliverances for such an evil to end in the system. Friends, let’s not allow a negative trend to start in our generation because it is difficult to stop. Galatians 3:13 Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse is every one that hangeth on a tree.

Unfortunately, most of the challenges that are currently in existence are as a result of negative pattern, some range from health related matters, delays, rejections, premature death, shame and reproach etc. Think about it, that burden that has refused to change can be as result of negative pattern. Friends, cheer up, Jesus has paid the price and we are redeemed from the curse by His mercy in Jesus name.  

PRAYER POINT:

 1. Oh Lord, we put an end to that negative pattern by the finished work of Jesus on the cross in Jesus name.
