An Enriched Word

 

Text: Colossians 3:16(KJV)

Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom, teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your heart to the Lord.

Friends, what you feed your heart with determine what proceed out of your month. As believers we should allow the word of God to dwell richly in all our endeavours as it permeates every aspect of our being. Let us allow the word of God to be engrafted in all actions as it expresses our dos and don’ts. Therefore, let’s give the word of God plenty room to instruct and direct us even in common sense as our heart sing out with the word of God. 2 Timothy 2:15 Study to show yourself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.  Beloved, we can read, study, mediate, pray and take steps daily as a lifestyle by being full of God’s word.

Interestingly, this will help us to admonish and counsel one another in a peaceful manner and not to be poorly equipped with the word of God. Remember, the level of our expression is related to the level of our word search. So, we should no longer live low or empty rather be fully loaded daily with the revelation of scriptures.  Friends, cheer up but study as you show yourself approved to God and man in Jesus name.

 1. Father, take me deeper in the word of truth and in understanding of scriptures in Jesus name.
