Unshakeable confidence in Christ

Text: Hebrew 10:35 (KJV)

Do not throw away your confidence; it will be richly rewarded

Friends, you cannot deny storms but you can learn not to crumble in the face of challenges. We must learn to build deep assurance that God is not just able but more than capable of doing it and saving us. It is a confidence that does not rise and fall with situations. This makes many to dwindle in faith. Hence, it cannot be based on personal strength but absolutely based on the grace of God. It is important we really on what God says and has promised us in His word. Therefore, we must get to this point where we declare even if everything around us shake, we will not be moved. Psalm 125:1 - Those who trust in the Lord are like Mount Zion which cannot be moved. Remember, our confidence is in God alone. We are unshakable, unstoppable, and unmovable in His purpose for our lives.

Amazingly, a character that is unshakeable with confidence in Christ can only be possible if he is rooted in God’s Word. You can grow to become unafraid of circumstances despite the season of your life as your faith produces boldness and strength for exploits. Philippians 1:6 - He who began a good work in you will complete it. However, your past negative failures with the experiences does not affect your confidence in Christ, knowing fully well that if God said it, that settles it. I pray we shall develop unshakeable faith as we drew and daily declare God’s word to that situation in Jesus name.

PRAYER POINT: 

Father, help and take away self-doubt as I build confidence on the capacity of God by walking in obedience to His instruction in Jesus name.
