Commit your all to God

Text: Psalm 37:5(KJV)

Commit your way to the Lord; trust also in Him, and He shall bring it to pass.

Friends, a time comes when our strength cannot carry us, but we can still enjoy energy when we have committed our all to God. Yes, we must learn to hand over all to God both big and small. Unfortunately, people have the tendency to commit the things that are not working well to God but rest in their power for others. But, He encourages us to commit all. Proverbs 3:5–6 Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight. It is important you commit your all, because that is the right attitude by committing all including your plans, worries, even our mistakes. It is wrong to be in control of some part and hand over part to God. Therefore, to enjoy absolute peace it is vital to surrender all to God. He has the capacity to manage all. Let’s pause as to start each day with God and allow Him to take the lead and He will replace anxiety with all round peace. Remember, His leading guides our heart in uncertain moments. Isaiah 26:3–4 You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are stayed on You, because they trust in You.

Amazingly, we are to entrust God completely even when we cannot understand the situation. For instance, God told Abraham to leave his country and go “to a land I will show you.” He didn’t know where he was going, but he obeyed. Romans 8:28 And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose. He never fails so, they that put their trust in Him will not be disappointed, too. So, let’s not resist this opportunity of God’s outstretch hand to manage us. When we allow Him to take the lead, he makes the delays and distractions work for our good. Hence, let’s lay that concern, the future, the fears at the feet of Jesus and He will bring glory out of that journey today in Jesus name.

Father, help me to commit every agenda to God, and teach me to believe Your process for a greater outcome in Jesus name.
