Chosen for His inheritance

 

 

Text: Ephesians 1:11 (KJV)                                               

In whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestined according to the purpose of Him who worketh all things after the counsel of His will.

Friends, there are choices you cannot control because they are divinely directed and not humanly connected. You are singled out for a distinction and nothing can stop your inheritance in Him. It takes the veil of heaven to reveal whom you are and the reality of your life.  But, our duty is to align with the plan and purpose according His will. 1 Peter 1:4 To an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you. Hence, we are ordered for His inheritance as they were predestinated according to His good pleasure. But, we must be careful not to share his glory with Him. He has designed us for a glorious living which He is working out everything and in everyone. Hence, it is God who has chosen you so the glory cannot be exchanged for any reason.

Interestingly, before the foundation of the earth, there are God’s plans and agendas which cannot be altered. You are not an accident but predestinated from above. 1 Peter 2:9 But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light. And it is a mystery which He has purposed but at the fullness of time the counsel of the Lord shall unveil His glorious agenda for which He has chosen us. Remember, you are chosen for eternal prize, reward and honour today in Jesus name.

1.      Father, thank you for loving and deeply valuing me for greater inheritance in Christ in Jesus name.
