Living without Condemnation

 

Text: Romans 8:1 (KJV)                                                   

There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

Friends, our adoption into the kingdom of God has engrafted us into a life of approval and not condemnation. Yes, it is an inheritance by covenant by being in Christ, in that we no longer get disapproval which is evidently shown in anywhere we find ourselves as benefits from Christ are numerous. Therefore, our scripture today reminds us that Christ has removed condemnation, so that means sin has no more power over us as true believers. There is nothing the wicked can hold against us because we are accepted by Christ. Galatians 5:16-This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh. By this we are no more enveloped with rejection rather acceptance. 

Amazingly, the involvement of Christ has reversed our sinful nature, and this, in turn, has erased that mark of condemnation over our lives as we carry a mark of touch not. Romans 8:31- What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us? The good news is, we are attracted to favour by reason of our involvement with Jesus; so, we just need to give Him access, and in so doing, we will enjoy His full package. Thankfully, our entrance in Christ has given us great access, and we no longer live in the consciousness of guilt because of His mercy  is upon us today in Jesus name.

1. Father, we celebrate our unlimited access and freedom in Christ which has influence our lives today in Jesus name.
