CULTIVATE A HEART OF THANKS

In everything give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.

Happy New month of March

Friends, CONGRATUTLATIONS and Happy New Month. We are so delighted to see this special month of March given to us as a privilege by God. It is not about us rather it is all about the almighty. Hence, we must cultivate a heart of thanks because it is more than a reaction to good things happening around you but a posture of the heart that makes one to thank God, people and also self immensely from a genuine thought. Psalm 136:1 O give thanks unto the Lord; for he is good: for His mercy endureth forever. Remember, giving thanks helps us to train ourselves to see the goodness of God in our lives and not focusing on life challenges which is inevitable as they bring about distractions and complains. Hence, God works signs and wonders at all seasons, so thanks Him today.

Amazingly, in this new month, let’s shift our focus rather keep your heart on the faithfulness of God and His wonders towards us which flows ceaselessly. Yes, life may not give us all that we planned but we should live a life of gratitude as to see the good and the generous act of God both in the big and the small.  Psalm 126:2 Then was our mouth filled with laughter; and our tongue with singing; then said they among the heathen, they Lord hath done great things for them. In so doing, we acknowledge that God is in control of all. Therefore, I encourage you to put down on your journals the bullets of thanksgiving daily as to cultivate a life of appreciation in Jesus name.

PRAYER POINT:

1. Father, help us to always give thanks to God and others for all the good and ultimately for redeeming our life from destruction in Jesus name.
