Text: 2 Corinthians 5:17 (KJV)
Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new
creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
Happy New month of March
Friends, welcome
to another great day as it is an opportunity laid before us as God’s children. Yes,
every day is a gift to us as it presents a fresh walk with God in spite of the
challenges of the previous months. Hence, no matter what yesterday held against
you as a mistake, learn to braze up because a new day is before you now. Let’s
leave behind the burdens and walk into His new mercies for a new day. Lamentation 3:22-23 It is of the Lord's mercies that we are not consumed,
because his compassions fail not. They are new every
morning: great is thy faithfulness. Therefore, learn to let go
of the past as to embrace the newness of the day because it is a fresh gift
that guides us for a new step to a greater tomorrow. Remember, as hold on to
the past, you will not have the access to receive the new today.
Interestingly,
this new beginning is not a time to dwell in the past because the past is past,
it limits us from seeing the good things God is doing. Therefore, walk with
sensitivity of the spirit as to see the new opportunity open today. There is an
assurance that God is set to do a new thing which shall spring up now, only
forget the past as you hold on with the covenant promise of God. Isaiah 43:18-19 Remember ye not the former things, neither consider the things of
old. Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring
forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and
rivers in the desert. So, let’s surrender our minds, thoughts, our
body and our Spirit for a fresh walk with the almighty this new month. In so
doing, it offers us the new pathway for an outstanding and transformative
outcome in Jesus name.
PRAYER POINT:
1.Father, help us to walk in the freedom Christ has given us
by His sacrifice on the cross today in
Jesus name
ACTION QUOTE: Remember, a fresh walk requires you taking steps for a new
faith now.
