Gladness in Worship

Text: Psalm 100:1-2 (KJV)

Make a joyful noise unto the Lord, all ye lands. Serve the Lord with gladness: come before his presence with singing.

Friends, as His children, we should develop an unquestionable level of devotion with Him that brings about a joyful worship and not noise in all we do. It is time we express our worship with a sincere heart of service and not with struggles which comes willingly and cheerfully as serve with gladness. Remember, His faithfulness is uncountable and undeniable, therefore, everything we do daily should express a form of adoration in it. Our text of today, tell us to make a joyful noise and to bring a gift of laughter as we serve the Lord with absolute joy by applauding this good and faithful God. Yes, this is an exhibition of a pleasant worship. Isaiah 6:3- And one cried unto another, and said, Holy, holy, holy, is the Lord of hosts: the whole earth is full of his glory.

Amazingly, we can see that it is a great privilege we enjoy in the place of worship with ceaseless benefits. We should express our reverence and adoration to our great God in worship both is words and in actions. Although He expects worship as our response for all the good things and mercies He has showered on us, we should not miss out this privilege, because His word said, if you keep quiet, He will raise stones to praise Him instead, Psalms 95:1- O come, let us sing unto the Lord: let us make a joyful noise to the rock of our salvation. So, I urge you not to misuse this great privilege today rather render honour to the King of Kings in Jesus name.

PRAYER POINT:

1.       Father, I cancel every form of distraction around me that is affecting my heartfelt worship in Jesus name.

ACTION QUOTE: Remember to develop personal time and not just end in the public time of worship
