Arise for your glory

 

Text: Isaiah 60:1(KJV)

Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the Lord is risen upon thee.

Friends, we have a responsibility in this kingdom because we have the light of our glory to walk in for possession.  In this kingdom, one amazing gift given to us is light, but we must learn to keep shinning.  John 1:5- And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not. The fact is, there are different intensities of light which we must understand. Think of it in the case of the sun, once it rises, it takes the darkness away, and after that, it keeps shining. And this light is right before us and can increase based on the level of the word of God.

Unfortunately, to some, it is dim and to others is extremely bright because of deep understanding of the word which is manual for life. So, God gave us the word as to keep light shining. Psalms 119:105- Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path. This light is our inheritance, and we are meant to show it to our world. The truth is the length or intensity of our shining is determined by the volume of our oil which is the Word of God that grows our faith. So, I urge us to increase our word bank so that we shall continue to keep burning and shining all day long in Jesus name.

PRAYER POINT:

1. Father, may my light keep burning brighter as to attract nations to God and repel darkness around my vicinity, in Jesus name.
