Gladness in all

Text: Philippians 2:29 (KJV)

Receive him therefore in the Lord with all gladness; and hold such in reputation.

There is one thing we must remember in this new year and that is our salvation experience is a big privilege, which we must appreciate at all times. We have a great connection with God and we should celebrate with deep gladness. Due to the fact that we have accepted Jesus as our Lord and Savior, we have been given a reputation, which we must express and hold fast to. In exchange for our service to God, we have received honor.with many more and we have to be humble and develop an attitude of gladness in all.  We carry a lot in us, and we should be proud and confident about it because those benefits did not stop in 2021 but rather our eyes need to open to comprehend all. Psalms 122:1- I was glad when they said unto me, Let us go into the house of the Lord.  

God has deposited so much amazing things in us, so we should always enter into His gate with gladness because He deserves it. We should always express the great joy and honor that we have received from His Word. The mistake we tend to make is that we tend to serve God with burden and weariness of heart and this results in us hindering our flow in the inheritance of gladness package meant for us. I tell you, it is not supposed to be so, and this tells us we need to change our attitude. Always remember to serve God with wholeness and cheerfulness of heart. 2 Corinthians 9:7- Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver. So I urge you never to allow any low moment for any reason even as you continue to keep and sustain the gladness realm, which you have received from the Word of God. God will help us even in 2022, in Jesus name.

PRAYER POINTS: 

1. Thank you Lord for your promises that has kept us in perpetual gladness, even as we hold on your Word in 2022, in Jesus name.

2. Oh Lord, please refresh us with daily tablet of your covenant light that will swallow any limitation, in Jesus name.
