And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people.
Merry Merry Merry Christmas to you!!!!!!!
Welcome and congratulations to this season. The gospel is filled with wonders and this mystery is to be shared to the world. And the scripture above admonishes us not to fear but rather have faith in His son Jesus that His Birth came to swallow the obstacles of our day and grant us peace unspeakable. The words and everything about this Christmas season are so amazing and usually brings good tiding which in turn has an amazing answer to those turbulences of our time. If we look at the common things around us like the brilliant colours of the season, sparkling lights on the streets, the flamboyant life of celebration are all indication of the great joy His birth brought to mankind. Friends, this is not the time to carry sad disposition rather a merry heart in all our appearances. But for one to experience good and glad tidings, we need a personal revelation from God that was why He sent the angel to declare this great joy which is available to you today. We must therefore be sensitive to receive the heavenly command wrapped in this gift of His only begotten son. John3:16 For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. The question is, Have you believed and received this gift into that challenge? Thankfully, the season we are in is the season of the birth of the Son of God who is the Prince of peace and the Joy to the world. Let’s embrace Him again to enjoy the good tidings in Jesus name.
Certain times, we get some prophecies and due to the level of our faith at that moment, we doubt those prophecies. Just like Mary, when she got the prophecy for her, she said in Luke 1:34b- How shall this be, seeing I know not a man? At that moment she could not believe it, but as God will have it, she accepted it. Beloved, I don’t know what is that big prophesy before you or it may seem not possible, but the good news is God specializes in difficult matters so relax there is a good tiding attached to the season, so we just need to allow the rebirth of Jesus into that situation and I pray you will get your testimony in Jesus name. Remember, Jesus came to be born into that difficult situation, so allow Him and see those hard and stubborn matters turnaround to a testimony. Luke 1:37- For with God nothing shall be impossible.
PRAYER POINTS:
1. Lord, please open my mind for a rebirth of Jesus so as to ignite freshness in all areas of my life for testimony in this season, in Jesus name.
2. Father, please help me to project the good tidings into those difficult issues of my life, in Jesus name.
3. Father, may the good news penetrate and gain deep root into our world of today for our transformation, in Jesus name
