A New Life of Creative Accomplishments.

Text: Genesis 1:1, 3 (KJV)

Verse 1- In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. 

Verse 3- And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.

Merry Christmas and  Boxing Day!!!

One wonderful thing about life is that each day is a new creation and there is always something to lookout for; it can be the birth of a baby, a new idea, a new job, a new reason to be happy like you being alive to see this season etc. It is basically an opportunity for a fresh start with this gift of the life of Jesus. I said a “fresh start” that means we need to free our minds of failures, disappointments and so on, they are not part of the gift. We need to see the future with a new look as there is a new product that is born to us. The same goes for us a believers because we are products of the most creative being ever seen and will be seen which is God. We have a great privilege because since we are made in His image that means we have His creativity to birth new things and that also means we have the wisdom to develop new ideas.  John 1:3-4- All things were made by him; and without him was not anything made that was made. In him was life; and the life was the light of men. Our existence and creativity is based on the life of that light in us, so we must therefore shine or show our product to the world with this true light Jesus. 

The fact that there is a new beginning means there is a chance (whether it may be second or third- the fact remains that there is still a chance), so never hold on to the past beginnings or opportunities. We must remember that there is a light that shines with this new beginning and this light usually gives direction, which then leads to solution. Even when God started the creation, the first thing He said was “LET THERE BE LIGHT”. It was from that light that everything started to have solution. You have the greatest and brightest light with you which is Jesus and once He shines in a place, it moves and causes all the dark corners to have light. John 8:12 (NIV) - When Jesus spoke again to the people, he said, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.” So depend on that light today. Remember since you and I are made in His image, we are also lights,, so make or allow your light to shine in all those dark corners of our world and your life. I pray this new beginning will bring forth new product, in Jesus name.

PRAYER POINTS: 

1. Oh Lord, please may this season be my seasons of diverse products from me to my world that is good and useful, in Jesus name.

2. Father, I receive Jesus as my light afresh to subdue any form of darkness against my accomplishment in Jesus name.
