Access by Grace

 

 

Text: Romans 5:1-2(KJV)

¹Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ. ² By whom also we have access by faith into his grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.

From our text of today, we can see that we have been made acceptable, and this is by our faith in Christ Jesus; not only that, we have also been granted access to God’s grace. It is so amazing how our faith in God has given us a ticket, and this ticket qualifies us for His inheritance. Wow!!! Amazing. The truth is, no one can love like God, and I tell you no one. He loves us so much that He even expressed it through His son, Jesus Christ. It is because of His love that we are called God’s people; He cherishes us, admires us, and respects us that have given us access by grace.  This love also qualifies us for bountiful inheritance, and this makes us dearly loved, which means BELOVED OF CHRIST. God carries us with so much respect, and He is very mindful of us, so we should carry ourselves the way Christ has called us. Due to this acceptance by our faith, we are also given another privilege: which is to enjoy His peace. I tell you, this kind of peace is so sweet, and it qualifies us to stand firm in the grace of God. Philippians 4:7- And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. We have gained all these access through our faith in Christ, so we need to utilize them.

Amazingly, God had made us right in His sight; therefore, no one can reject us. Even when we are powerless, He still accepts us by grace. We have been brought to this privileged platform, so be confident about it because we share in God’s glory. We have been made fit by the Master, therefore, rejoice because we are qualified for so many privileges. It is time to understand who we are in Christ. We really need to understand our identity in Christ, because it brings us to the place of the beloved of the Lord. Ephesians.2:14- For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us. Many people may not accept you because they do not know what you are made of; the truth is, we are loaded; therefore we should express it in Jesus name.

PRAYER POINTS:

1.God, please help us never to look down on our worth, and may we understand that we are the beloved of Christ, in Jesus name.

2. Father, thank you for depositing greatness in us by us accepting You as our Saviour, in Jesus name.
