Text: Psalm
103:4 (KJV)
Who redeems your
life from destruction; who crowns you with lovingkindness and tender
mercies.
Friends, we can start life at any level, but when you receive the crown of favour it places one from
a place of limitation of low background, rejection, captivity, fear,
impossibility to a height of honour and significance. Psalm 5:12 For You, O Lord, will bless
the righteous; with favour You will surround him as with a shield. Hence, favour can put a crown of honour on your
life that can change your story when the going gets tough. Therefore, crown
of favour speaks of God placing a visible
mark of honour, acceptance, and divine help upon an individual. A crown is not
worn privately rather it is seen as favour can speak lauder than your
qualification. And today, it can turn rejection into recognition, and make your
efforts produce multiplied results in an uncertain places. Psalm 30:5 For His anger endures but a moment;
in His favour is life. Psalm 102:13 For the time
to favour her, yes, the set
time, has come.
Amazingly, this makes one to become
distinguished that draws people and opens doors without struggles or noiseless
efforts. So, favour can make you receive blessings you did not qualify which
replaces honour from any form of shame and disgrace. Luke 2:52 And Jesus increased
in wisdom and stature, and in favour with God and man. Isaiah 61:7 Instead of your
shame you shall have double honour. For instance, we can see the life of
these bible characters of old like Esther, Joseph,
Daniel, and David etc. They did not rise by skill alone rather they were all
favoured divinely which brought about lifting on every spheres of their lives.
Remember, God’s favour does not eliminate effort, it multiplies the result of
your effort as we remain grateful today in Jesus name.
PRAYER POINT:
Oh Lord help me to walk into favour by obedience and fear of God
as I walk in integrity by speaking favour into my life daily in Jesus name.
ACTION
QUOTE: Remember to treat others with kindness as to attract a crown of favour.
