Text: Hebrew
4:12 (KJV)
For the word of God is quick, and
powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing
asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of
the thoughts and intents of the heart
Friends, God’s still speaks and His voice
cannot be silenced by man or situation. Yes, God’s Word does not whisper. It declares,
rebukes, teaches, comforts, guides, and reveals.
Matthew 24:35 Heaven and
earth will pass away, but God’s words will never pass away. His loudest and
clearest voice is His Word as it is the sure word of prophesy. Today, let’s embrace and obey His word for answers. The
Bible is not merely a religious book; it is God speaking to
humanity in written form. Therefore,
every time you open the scripture, God is talking to you personally, so, you
are the receiver of that spoken word and it will be loud and clear for your
obedience, today. The word lives and is active as it carries the power and the
unchanging nature of God by His breath. Psalm 119:105 Your Word is a lamp
to my feet and a light to my path. He is
consistently speaking to His children. So, whenever you are open to scripture,
God is speaking. Whenever you meditate on a verse - God is teaching. Whenever
you obey the Word - God is leading you.
Amazingly, we must learn to be sensitive to
God’s voice on a daily bases. Hence, when
life becomes noisy which brings about distractions, emotions become
overwhelming, confusion surrounding us, remember the Word of God
cuts through the noise like a sword, bringing clarity, direction,
peace, correction, and hope to humanity. John 6:63 The words I speak to
you, they are spirit and they are life. I pray we shall no longer ignore
the bible which makes us to remain busy waiting for only signs, today in Jesus
name.
PRAYER POINT:
Lord, deliver me from
anything that stops me from hearing, obeying, and loving God’s Word today,
in Jesus name.
ACTION
QUOTE: Remember, His word is sure, constant, complete and life giving.
