Text: Isaiah 43:31(KJV)
But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their
strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be
weary; and they shall walk, and not faint
Friends, we
must learn to anchor with God’s divine support and encouragement in a time like
this. We are in a journey filled up with ups and down that is why we need the
energy to go ahead. Yes, there are trials and triumph over us as we journey in
life, but God is our strength in that pursuit today. Sometimes, the process
will be very exciting and successful just like a sprint and other time is like
climbing the uphill with so many obstacles. But the good news is that when we
fell weak, God steps in to renew our energy as to mount up with wings as
eagles. He give us endurance on the journey and vigor to keep pressing as to
end well. Joshua 1:9 Have not I commanded thee? Be
strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the
Lord thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest.
Interestingly,
we must remember that our strength is not in our effort rather it is from
above. Psalm 27:1 The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the Lord is the
strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid.
So, we must wait and put our trust in the Lord at all times. Remember, His time
cannot be thwarted rather He takes away our weakness and gives us His strength
in the midst of the storm. 2 Cori 12:9 And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee:
for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I
rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me
. Therefore, we must activate our trust for the renewal of our strength
in this kingdom journey because the young can even faint and grow weary but as
we wait on the Lord He will continue to renew our strength even now as the joy
of the Lord is our strength in Jesus name.
PRAYER POINT:
1. Father, you are the God of my journey and have trusted in your
mercy and I will see your deliverance today in Jesus name.
ACTION QUOTE: Remember, in that stillness He will meet you with
strength.
