Text: Joshua
1:9 (KJV)
Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good
courage, be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed for the Lord thy God is with
thee whithersoever thou goest.
Friends, the promises of Gods always
lives us with a responsibility that requires our taking steps. And from the
scripture above we are instructed to be strong and courageous. It is a
spiritual force that requires physical action.
It is not an action of just claiming the declaration from God’s word. Therefore, we need to work from the mind and
also act outwardly to move the power that heavily weighs us down by a renewed
mind. We need physical demand to task which is a powerful force that subdues
the pressure. Indeed. you need to be focused and fix your heart on the set goal
as to avoid the distractions that divert us to the left or right which
ultimately affects our productivity. You should not entertain any form of
discouragement that comes through fear of the unknown because God is for us. Psalm 27:1 The Lord is my light and my salvation, whom shall
I fear? The Lord is the strength of my life of whom shall I be afraid. So,
always remember that God is with you as to summon courage not fear to their
faces, for we wrestle not against flesh and blood. So, let us put on the armor
of the Lord in that fight.
Interestingly, it is a requirement
that we can walk into gradually as we keep exercising ourselves in the pursuit
of our endeavours. Remember, the hand of
God is your strength which comes from his word.
Ephesian.6:10-11 Finally, my brethren, be strong
in the Lord, and in the power of his might. Put on the whole armour of God,
that ye may be able to stand the wiles of the devil. So, as we keep to discipline on the
instructions from the word, we become whom God wants us to be. Do not allow the
inactive and unproductive moments to discourage your capacity. So, I urge us always
to be happy as to pull and push the oppositions that stands as a limitation on
daily bases from God’s word in Jesus name.
PRAYER POINT:
1. Father help us to always take our eyes off the physical
force but allow God to take over the battles from the spiritual realm for the
war to cease in Jesus name.
ACTION QUOTE: Remember to hid yourself behind the man of war as to enjoy endless peace.
