Luke 22:61(NKJV)
And the Lord turned and looked at Peter; And Peter remembered the word of the Lord, how he had said unto him, before the cock crow, thou shall deny me thrice.
Friends, we need to be sensitive never to deny the master as it is common to us. In this verse of the scripture, we can see how the Lord told Peter about what is going to happen between them. He did not believe it will happen. But, Peter, fail into that temptation, he denied Jesus not just once but three times according to the word that He spoke to Peter.
This scenario makes it clear to us that God's word is true and reliable and we must learn to depend on Him as to avoid denial in our faith. But in all. Jesus still does not forsake us. Our saviour, the Lord Jesus gives each and every one of us a chance to come to Him and not to deny him. His loving invitation to enter His kingdom is open to all. Mathew 11:28-30 says come unto me, all ye that labour and heavy laden and I will give you rest; Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me, for I am meek and lowly in heart; and ye shall find rest unto your souls, for my yoke is easy and my burden is light.
Amazingly, God's intentions for you, is not to weigh you down, but to give you rest. God has a purpose in and with you, without Jesus you cannot accomplished this purpose alone. You have to yoke with Jesus, lean on Him and you shall find rest and fulfilment. Therefore, no more denial in Jesus name.
