Revelation 12:11 (KJV)
And they overcome him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of
their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.
Friends, there is a
lifestyle we must learn to cultivate in this journey as believers as to sustain
our happiness in this beautiful kingdom, that is the blood testimony. We have
this habit of shouting the blood of Jesus when there is sudden challenge in our
daily adventures. But I encourage us to
rather develop a new lifestyle where you shout the blood, plead the blood,
sprinkle the blood and even drink the blood as a pattern for living. For so many reasons, we tend to forget this
but it will surprise you immediately we meet a problem it happens impromptu. At
this point of challenge, you no longer shy to declare the blood, but we need to
understand that, that attitude of using the blood as a tool should actually be
a ready overcoming weapon. We use this as a weapon to put the devil to shame or
put an end to the advancement of the wicked. You can either do it publicly or
in private (like in the corner of your room).
Amazingly, Jesus has
reconciled us back by the blood and He is available with us in all. It is a
seal of covenant between God and man. In Math 26:28 This is my blood of the covenant which is poured
out for many for the forgiveness of sin. The blood of Jesus
symbolizes cleansing and purification. The most important thing is, let all the
glorify be ascribed to God for all as we overcome by His blood in Jesus name
PRAYER
POINT:
1.
Oh Lord, teach us to always utilize the
blood of Jesus as an available tool for triumph in all battles of our lives in
Jesus name.
