Speak to the WIND.

Text: Mathew 8:26-27(KJV)

And he saith unto them, why are ye fearful, O ye of little faith? Then he arose, and rebuked the winds and the sea; and there was a great calm. But the men marveled, saying, What manner of man is this, that even the winds and sea obey him!

Do you know, to enjoy great calmness you have a part to play? It is just a wind that is blowing, take responsibility to direct it. We need to rebuke that wind or storm in faith by absolute confidence in our God. The terms “wind” and “storms” are used to symbolize chaos. It can be as small as any physical discomfort but the fact still remains that we all have different gravities of challenges.Unfortunately, there is notimetable  but we can have a schedule of preparationby our word of faith preparation. So, we should ask ourselves the same question Jesus asked the disciples - “WHY ARE WE FEARFUL?” It says in Exodus 14:14- The Lord shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace.

Certain times, those storms can come from God- for our experience and maturity, some from Satan- so handle that by the authority given to you to rebuke the wind and not to keep quiet. Andfinally, self activated - provoked by our attitudes and disobedience.  The good part is , there is a way out. In all of those winds or storms,JESUS is the ANSWER. So always remember Him in that tough moment.1Peter5:7- Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you. This is not a time to murmur - why me, instead speak to disapprovethe situation. Friends, no matter theugly wind, it will cease with great calmness in Jesus name.

PRAYER POINT:

1. Father, I decree absolute CALMNESS in that issue as my mind is stayed in the LORD in Jesus name.

ACTION QUOTE:Remember, you have little responsibilityto calm thestorm.
