Our Moment of REJOICING

Text: Job 20:5 (KJV)

That the triumphing of the wicked is short, and the joy of the hypocrite but for a moment?

Despite the innovation of the devil, the good news is that they are just for a moment. It is said repeatedly that the devil is subtle, and he enjoys putting pressure on man for him to have victory, but as believers, we have overcome his tricks that is why you stepped into the new year. 1 John 5:4- For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.The bible also tells us that we have victory over the world. The current pressure of life we might be facing has no power over us as his dear children, just forget the past challenge.So I urge you to rejoice because your victory and covenant highways arehere.

We must remember, whatever God is doing is forever, but the devil’s plan is only for a short time.  So, this means there is an expiration date for the devil’s works in your life and that is why the scripture says in Psalms 30:5b- weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning. So enough is enough with all the weeping and sorrows at the close door.Hmmmm.1 Corinthians 15:57- But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. I tell you again to rejoice because the time of the enemy is over. I encourage you, to stand firm and shine like a morning star because your victory is sure, in Jesus name.

PRAYER POINT:                                                                             

1. Father, may I continue to dwell in the place of safety by the act of rejoicing,in Jesus name.
