No More Craftiness

 

Text: Job 5:12 (KJV)

He disappointeth the devices of the crafty, so that their hands cannot perform their enterprise.

 Many at times, we see or hear about disappointment, but have you ever thanked God for the plans which you had in mind that did not go according to plan? But most times we were not happy but later we found out that the plans we had in mind would have led to huge loss. Then we end up thanking God for the deliverance but this should have been done immediately after the disappointment. The God which we serve is so merciful and He sees beyond what we can see, that is why He has already disappointed the evil plans while atconception stage. But all of those agenda shall cometo not because God has and will defeat all.Nehemiah 4:15- And it came to pass, when our enemies heard that it was known unto us, and God had brought their counsel to nought, that we returned all of us to the wall. We need to appreciate God for that; that is why it says in 1 Thessalonians 5:18a- In everything, give thanks.Learn to always give thanks to God, either in good or bad times.

Beyond the device, there are spoken words that stand as devices. Isaiah 8:10- Take counsel together, and it shall come to nought; speak the word, and it shall not stand: for God is with us. The fact remains , His’ wisdom is able to navigate and frustrate their devices in Jesus name. Hallelujah!!!

PRAYER POINT:

1. Father, please continue to disappoint the invisible devices around us in Jesus name.
