I will not give up

 

Text: Romans 8:37 (KJV)

Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.

The beautiful thing about life is, there is an overwhelming victory ahead, so no matter what you may be facing victory is yours. All we need to do is to get the conqueror involved.  Many at times, we make this mistake of battling alone and this has resulted in us not experiencing the victory meant for us. The truth is, we will not give up because great conqueror and champion is on our side. He loves us so much and has triumphed over all in those stubborn battles. We need to live with this mindset that we are more and higher than that challenge. 1 Corinthians 15:57- But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. So do not be worried over that battle you are facing because you cannot lose it, but instead rejoice because you have conquered all in Jesus name. 

1 Samuel 17:45- Then said David to the Philistine, Thou comest to me with a sword, and with a spear, and with a shield: but I come to thee in the name of the Lord of hosts, the God of the armies of Israel, whom thou hast defied. When David stood before Goliath, he had nothing with him except a slingshot with God resulting in him winning the battle. Humanly speaking, how can someone go to a battle with only a slingshot? But David was so sure that God was with him, and that confidence brought him to victory. My brothers and sister, I urge you to have a mindset change even in that current situation. 1John4:4-Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world. So think positively and always remind yourself that you are a conqueror in Jesus name.

PRAYER POINTS: 

1.Father, may we be triumphant and manifest Christ by the knowledge of our victory position, in Jesus name.

2. Oh Lord, please help us to be careful about how we talk during difficult situations so we don’t enslave ourselves in Jesus name.
