The mysterious type of Wisdom

 

Text: 1 Corinthians 2:7 (KJV)

But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world unto our glory.

We have come to a realization that God's kind of wisdom cannot be measured or compared to any man that breathes through nose, and that is because this kind of wisdom is from above. 1 Corinthians 1:25- Because the foolishness of God is wiser than men; and the weakness of God is stronger than men. Although God's wisdom is immeasurable, He can still give us a bit of it, just as He did to King Solomon and that made him the wisest man in the Bible. The kind of wisdom given to King Solomon is called the divine wisdom, and this is given by continuously walking with God. It involves applying what you know right based on the scriptures. For one to acquire this kind of wisdom, we need to ask God for help because, with earthly knowledge, one cannot relate, and that is why there is no institution that can teach or can create a curriculum to study wisdom. James 1:5- If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him. It is a gift from God, so only God can reveal the keys to understand it.

This kind of wisdom is perfect and mysterious; that is why we have to be connected with the one that has the source of wisdom, God. Proverbs 2:6- For the Lord giveth wisdom: out of his mouth cometh knowledge and understanding. Ephesians1:17- That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him. Again, I tell you that no one can teach you God's wisdom, only Him because our educational trainings enlightens our minds to knowledge. Also do not confuse God’s wisdom to educational knowledge.  So, do not try to rely on your worldly wisdom or will I say comparing your academic certificate to God’s wisdom because it can be foolishness to God. Always ask Him in prayer, and I pray you will get the prescription to the mysterious type of wisdom in Jesus name.

PRAYER POINTS:

1.Oh Lord, please help me to open my heart to the divine wisdom and not carnal wisdom, in Jesus name.

2. Father, please help us to recognize God's wisdom at work to avoid earthly standard in my life in Jesus name.
