The Lord’s mercies kept us

It is of the Lord’s mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fall not. 

Beloved, we are not competent by ourselves. God’s faithfulness and love never ends because His mercy and compassion led Him up to the cross. This is the peak of his mercies where he wore the garment of love as an exchange to our sin. What a LOVE?  And today we can enjoy his ceaseless love in each new day as he lavishes us with his love and benefits daily. 2 Corithian5:15 And he that died for all, that they which live should not hence forth live unto themselves, but unto him which died for them.  We must learn to recall this in our minds at all times that His love is overwhelming as to bear the sin of the world up to death. He cannot change because of you even when we do wrong. It is his nature to LOVE even at death because he is not a man that will deny his promises. Remember, while we were yet sinners Christ loved and died for us, talkless of now we have been bought by Jesus. He is loyal to his loving kindness that is why we are not destroyed by the challenges of life rather it should strengthen us. 

Interestingly, this should be our anchor and assurance at all times. There is no variableness neither shadow of turning with his gift of Love. He loves unconditionally not by your merit. If he can sacrifice his only son what can he not give to us. The benefit of His love is uncountable therefore, appreciate and enjoy all to the fullness. His love is not because of what you did but what Christ did for us. Be conscious about it and enjoy the package in its fullness because nothing can separate us from His love. So many things are out there to challenge or suggest a heart break of his love from your angle, but do not allow such because His death explains all. We must get to a point where you say I am persuaded that nothing can separate me from His love including myself because I have purposed in my heart not to defile myself with the alternatives in Jesus name.  

PRAYER POINT: 

1.I thank you Lord for your unfailing love that is constant from age to age in Jesus name.

2. Help me Oh lord to express love to others as much as I have received freely from the Lord in life in Jesus name.
