Congratulations. The blog is 1 year today.
Text: Hebrews 4:2 (KJV)
For unto us was the gospel
preached, as well as unto them: but the word preached did not profit them, not
being mixed with faith in them that heard it.
1Corithians 12:7 But the
manifestation of the spirit is given to every man to profit withal.
There is a
book you will read and you will gain all round. If I ask you, have you ever read the
best book that can give you all round gain in the world with the Holy Spirit as
your teacher? I wonder what your response will be. The truth is the word of God
is not a storybook, but it is the most profitable book in existence in this
world. It is God’s instructional manual for the best living, and it is needed
for a gainful lifestyle; we are meant to feed on it on a daily basis. It is
also a summary of wisdom from God, and
it gives direction. Psalm119:105 -The word of God
is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path. Its content cannot be
compared with any other book in this world as it is loaded with diversities of
gain. The amazing part is that when you dwell and abide by it, it makes your
life very exciting and profitable with tangible proof. In Joshua 1:8- This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt
meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all
that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then
thou shalt have good success. We see that the act of meditating on it both day and night
makes us to have so much profit and its profit has physical evidence (which is
good success- it is not an anyhow success but a peaceful and good success).
Interestingly, there are lots of valuables and goodies from
this living manual which is God’s constitution to man, but many are still
living without any gain from the BIBLE. This is not right; we need to change
that pattern. The fact is the moment you taste this book, you start to have profit
in all of your endeavours. The wonderful part is that it is inexhaustible and
it keeps having power from generation to generation. To be frank, it even makes
you spiritually fat. Once you have your mind focused on it and you are not
double-minded, you will end up tasting its sweetness. James 1:7- A double minded man is unstable in all his ways. Its contents are beautiful and pure. Psalms 12:6-The words of the Lord are
pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times. So why not try it today and see its
proof manifest in your life. Remembe,r the God we serve daily loads us with
blessings in Jesus name.

1.Father, may I read line by line this
book of the Lord for an impactful living in Jesus name.
