2 He brought me up also out of an horrible pit, out of the miry clay, and set my feet upon a rock, and established my goings.3 And he hath put a new song in my mouth, even praise unto our God: many shall see it, and fear, and shall trust in the Lord.
Many at times, we tend to forget where God brought us
from, but we should not be too fast to forget them. Remember, there have been
previous experiences and several issues of concern, and he brought us out of
the pit. Each and every one of us has
faced some pressing and destructive challenges in our lives, or if possible, we
are still facing them now, but our scripture is reminding us that we will soon
sing a new song because God has set us up on a solid rock. Cheer up this rock
never fails. Isn’t that great? So that means our sorrow has been turned to
dancing. Hallelujah!!!! Although we have been in previous situations, the good
news is the Lord has brought us out, and due to His’ involvement, those
problems are going to stumble and fall. Psalms27:2- When the wicked, even mine enemies and my foes, came
upon me to eat up my flesh, they stumbled and fell.
Amazingly, although the pit may seem so deep, slippery, or
dry, you just putting your hands in His, will result in a breakthrough because
you will come out victorious. I tell you, His outstretched hands will rescue
you, and He does not just bring you out armless, but He also establishes you;
that is because your defense is on the solid rock. Isaiah.62:7-And give him no rest, till he establish, and till he make Jerusalem a
praise in the earth. God is setting us up, and that place is a place of attraction and
settlement, so rejoice because this will be your portion, in Jesus name.
PRAYER POINTS:
1. Thank you Lord, for your favour
that has delivered us out of deep distress, in Jesus name.
2.LORD, may all your promises in our
lives begin to shine, and may there be no more hindrances in Jesus name.
ACTION QUOTE: Do you know you are now in the limelight and no more in the
pit?
