Keep your Hope alive

Text: 1Peter1:3 (KJV)

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.

It is a new season and one attitude we must develop is to keep our hope alive as we journey in life. This is an attitude we must not play about as Christians, and this is because our belief has a lot of inheritance attached to it. This character is an attitude of LIVELY HOPE. The amazing part of this attitude is that you wake up so confident and determine not to be moved by the situations that life brings your way, it basically strengthens you. This behaviour makes you to live lively because you always remember His unperishable, incorruptible and unfading promises. 1Peter1:4- To an inheritance incorruptible and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you. We should learn to live a life full of active living or a life full of hope. By doing  this, we end up activating those uninhibited areas of our lives. Due to the birth and resurrection of Jesus, we have a new life that is so refined. This new life does not just start from those physical blessings we receive, it starts from the point of keeping your hope alive, and it is actually part of our calling. DO NOT ENTERTAIN EMPTY HOPE THIS SEASON.

Once we have this attitude activated in our lives, things will begin to fall in pleasant places all through the year. This also helps us to properly manage those low moments, which might seem discouraging and depressing, but we will end up filled with hopes. This is amazing? So, I urge you to live excitedly and be full of hope. We should not have a fading away idea. Always remember, it is a year full of glory ahead based on God’s Word. Luke 24:26- Ought not Christ to have suffered these things, and to enter into his glory? So, I urge you to provoke that dead hope to living hope because with a scent of water which is the word of God, that concern will sprout again; even if the situations around you does not make you happy, create happiness for yourself by using this attitude of lively hope. I pray that our expectation will no longer remain as hope, but there will be a manifestation of those expectations in Jesus name.

PRAYER POINTS:

1.Father, please give me a revelation of your promises upon my life that will keep my hope alive as I journey through life in Jesus name.

2. Father, take me to the point of full delivery of keeping my hope alive despite the pressures in Jesus name.
