Text: Proverbs 3:5-6 (KJV)
Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.
Friends, many are struggling today with regrets in life because of lack guidance. Hence, the result of decisions made without seeking God's direction always leads to painful experiences. Yes, human wisdom is limited, but God's wisdom is perfect and complete. Throughout Scripture, those who sought God's guidance found success, protection, and victory. Remember, divine direction helps us avoid unnecessary detours and positions us to walk in God's perfect will. So, when we acknowledge God in every area of our lives, He promises to direct our paths and lead us into His purpose. In a world filled with distractions and conflicting voices, it is easy to rely on personal opinions, emotions, or the advice of others. However, God's children are called to seek His counsel first. He is ready to guide us with His eyes. Isaiah 30:21 - And thine ears shall hear a word behind thee, saying, This is the way, walk ye in it, when ye turn to the right hand, and when ye turn to the left.
Interestingly, whoever follows God's direction always experiencesextraordinary outcomes. We can see, Abraham followed God's leading into an unknown land and became the father of many nations. Philip obeyed the Spirit's direction and was used to bring the Ethiopian eunuch to salvation. This should remind us that God's guidance always leads to His purpose and blessing. Psalm 37:23 - The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord: and he delighteth in his way.Today, commit your plans, and future into God's hands and refuse to depend solely on your understanding. I pray we shall seek His direction daily, and He will guide us into the victory and fulfilment of our destiny as the Lord grants us discernment, wisdom, and clear direction this season in Jesus' name.
Prayer Point:
Oh Lord, help us to trust God, and He will guide our steps according to His Your will in every area of our lives in Jesus' name.
