Text: Romans 10:17(KJV)
So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
Friends,
we need to be intentional to shift our belief to a new level by activating our
trust in God. Yes, it is common in the phase of uncertainty that our belief can
shake especially when circumstances are doubtful and unclear. It is expedient
we heighten our confidence in God which helps us to pull through in difficult
and delay moments. Therefore, our faith should not be static rather make it to
grow by feeding it with the right meal. Hebrews 11:1 - Now faith is the substance of
things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. So, to heighten your faith means to
intentionally elevate your trust in God above fear, doubt, and circumstances
which we cannot avoid but faith can resist them. However, many believer’s
desire strong faith in the mouth, without realizing that faith is built through
consistent engagement with God’s Word, prayer, and obedience. Hence, let’s be sure that our faith is rising
against all odds. Mark
9:23 - If
thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth. Let’ make God’s Word become louder than our
circumstances, daily.
Amazingly,
life often presents situations that challenges our belief. But, there is need
to always grow your faith to match whatever be the current situation before you.
2 Corinthians 5:7 - For we walk by
faith, not by sight. In those moments, faith calls us to rely not
on what we see, but on who God is by His nature. We must recognize the truth
that He is not a man to fail. So, when we continually expose our hearts to
God’s truth, our faith rises to meet life’s pressures that shows up daily. I
encourage us to feed our hearts with God’s word as to move our belief to a new
step in the ladder of faith today, in Jesus name.
PRAYER POINT:
Heavenly father, help me to fuel my
faith as I read, speak loud and meditate on God’s word daily as to shape my
belief to withstand life challenges in Jesus name.
ACTION QUOTE: Remember, faith grows
when your obedience to God’s command is complete.
