Congratulations to October.
Text: Isaiah
43:18-19 (KJV)
Remember ye not the former things, neither
consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring
forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and
rivers in the desert.
Friends, we have a choice before us to either
go with the new and leave the old behind or carry the old pattern. The new is a
total transformation and not partial. So, we are not just starting afresh but
we are going deeper by walking with Him a new. Yes, there is a new chapter of
your life and destiny that is opening now, a new event, new idea, new anointing
that moves us into a new walk in our spiritual adventure. It is important that we
embrace the new opportunity set before because as new grace has been released,
too. So, you are created for the new as we embrace Jesus as our Lord afresh for
an intimate relationship. 2Cori.5:17 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ,
he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have
become new. Hence, recognizing the new season, new relationship, new year,
new month is actually a lifestyle of moving forward. We need to be sensitive so
we are not trapped by the past. But, we need to release the past hurts, failures,
sin nature as we now step into God’s promises for a new beginning. I pray that
God will help me to live differently, think differently, and act
differently.
So, let’s take away fear and uncertainty as we walk with the new even where
there seems to be no way. Lam 2:22-23 Through
the Lord’s mercies we are not consumed, because His compassions fail not. They
are new every morning; great is Your faithfulness.
Amazingly, every new beginning comes with
fresh mercy and grace that is why we must tap into it now. By so doing, we build
new trust that develops us into confidence in God. This helps us to step up our
faith into God for His direction endlessly. Ezek.36:26 … will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within
you; I will take the heart of stone out of your flesh and give you a heart of
flesh. We have to be open to His instruction because of the new. For
instance, we can see Abraham leaving his father’s house by the instruction of
God in Genesis 12: 1-4. Therefore, the change that we are all waiting for comes
as we yield to the new by a conscious decision to accept and walk with Jesus today
in Jesus name.
PRAYER POINT:
Oh Lord, thank you for the
new opportunity, teach me to walk in the renewed purpose as I align with God’s
agenda in Jesus name.
