We exist in Christ

 

Text: Acts 17:28 (KJV)

For in him we live, and move, and have our being; as certain also of your own poets have said, For we are also his offspring.

Friends, your existence is not about you rather your source. I hope you are not living but existing with impacts? Hence, there is need to take root as we must anchor and get established in Him. As God’s offspring, we are reminded not to be ignorant of the characteristics of our existence. The truth is when God created us, and we accepted to be His children, He deposited all we need for life and godliness with amazing characters in us. Therefore, we are meant to move and live in His nature. The scripture said in Genesis 1:27- So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them, which means we have His nature in us and not meant to underestimate or look down on our inbuilt.

Interestingly, we are created for a reason and purpose, and we need God’s help to fulfill those missions given to us.  2 Peter 1:3 According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue. When we live outside Christ, it is crises but when we live in Him we enjoy perfect peace. So, we cannot depend on ourselves, rather, we are to form the habit of living and doing the things that bring glory to Him as to ensure His ultimate presence. Remember, we are God’s representatives in our various fields, so we shall not fail as we carry God in us even in this season in Jesus name.

PRAYER POINT:

1.Oh Lord, I rejoice in Jesus because I know that He is the Lord of all, and that means victory is mine as I continue to live in Him in Jesus name.
