His Rich Mercy.

 

Text: Lamentations 3:22-23 (KJV)

²²It is of the Lord's mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not. ²³ They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness.

Friends, we must recall that mercy is one of our final qualifier. So, wherever we have failed in life, as we invite God’s show of mercy, we are exempted because His great faithfulness of mercy will always answer for us. Therefore, our scripture reminds us again of God’s dependability and how His Love never ends; as He also lavishes us with His mercies and compassion every day. And today is another day for a display of His mercy. Psalm 51:1 Have mercy upon me, O God, according to thy lovingkindness: according unto the multitude of thy tender mercies blot out my transgressions. The amazing part is that His mercies are actually new every morning, and that means there are new mercy and compassion attached to our day as we wake up. WOW.

Interestingly, we must remember, He cannot change because of us and that is because it is in His nature to show mercy to humanity, so appreciate it always. The beautiful part is, despite our mistakes, He still showers us with His mercy at all times. Eph 2:4-5 But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us, Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved). So, as we are flooded with an enormous amount of Love as our God is rich in mercy, we must learn to translate to others around us. Remember, it is an unconditional show of mercy to everyone. And I pray God will continue to qualify us with His overflowing fountain of mercy in Jesus name.

PRAYER POINT:

1. Father, help me to express same to my environment as to enjoy a peaceful and habitable atmosphere here on earth even as you have showed us your mercy from salvation in Jesus name.
