The beauty of Praise

 

Text: Psalm 92:1(KJV)

It is a good thing to give thanks unto the Lord, and to sing praises unto thy name, O most High: 2 To shew forth thy lovingkindness in the morning, and thy faithfulness every night,

Friends, Praise is an offering that we owe God and it should be a lifestyle that we should cultivate on a daily bases because we live by His presence. Remember, praise brings down God’s glory as Praise brings excellent colour, shape and approval to our life pursuit, so we must be intentional.  We must learn to sing songs of praise into our personal life and not as a delay strategy in any event as many do. Indeed, praises must be given to God and not to men because it is a good thing to give God thanks as all we have come from above, the Lord Most High. Psalm 34:1 I will bless the LORD at all times: his praise shall continually be in my mouth. It should be a commitment. And we should stop making praise as an entertainment platform rather engage it as a weapon of war because it brings down the supernatural into manifestation. It is a key to several victories and wins in life, therefore we should activate praise both in the secret and in the open this season.

Interestingly, it is important we use this scriptural virtues with understanding as to enjoy the beauty because praise is pregnant with blessings. 2 Chronicles 20:22 Now when they began to sing and to praise, the Lord set ambushes against the people of Ammon, Moab, and Mount Seir, who had come against Judah; and they were defeated. Yes, you can beautify your day with a song of melody as to celebrate God’s faithfulness in a time like this. It secures access to depth of glory which incubates us with revelation and divine intervention. Infact, it can sink the wall of any opposition and frustration that has hindered many destiny today. Remember, we can dance our way into victory just like the men of old by giving thanks with praises (Jesus, David, Paul and Silas etc) and our contemporary men of faith. I encourage us to start our day with praises and thanksgiving as to experience God’s divine presence again in Jesus name.

1. Father, grant us access to fresh oil through praise as it lubricates our life for glory that swallows depression in Jesus name.
