Behold,
as the eyes of servants look unto the hand of their masters, and as the eyes of
a maidens unto the hand of her mistress, so our eyes wait upon the Lord our
God, till that he have mercy upon us.
Friends, our patience is for a
purpose, so is waiting. There are challenges that wants to distract us but we
must keep our eyes focused on the Lord as he recreates our world. It is not a
time to be at ease in zion because the troubles around us are overwhelming
rather it calls for absolute reliance on the faithfulness of our Master. Psalm 121:1 I will life up my eyes unto the hills from whence
cometh my help. Our daily hope is that God will show us mercy, so, we
cannot give up until our change come.
Interestingly, as the maid wait
earnestly for her mistress and the servant for his master so, we must learn
wait on the lord. Yes, the master is
directing his life and in due season his daily needs and supplies shall be made
available. Psalm
91: He that dwetheth in the secret place of the most high shall abide under the
shadow of the almighty. Let’s always say He is our refuge and fortress.
Therefore, we must learn to wait in the place of prayer and by thanksgiving as
to enjoy the wait of his glory. Let’s humble ourselves under Gods mighty hand
because as a true Christian we look to God as our master and our ever present reward. Remember, the mercy from men are little
compared to the great mercy from God. So, I encourage us not to faint but look
unto Jesus at all times in Jesus name
PRAYER
POINT:
1) Father, may our confidence in the Lord never fail us
because no matter the pressure, we shall depend on Him in Jesus name.
ACTION QUOTE: Remember, the God of mercy is still on the
throne over that situation.
