Strengthened by His Might

 

Text: Colossians 1:9(KJV)

For this cause we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to desire that ye might be filled with the knowledge of His will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding.

Friends, there is a strength that comes upon a man that is beyond the physical muscle and energy. In fact, there a limit to all our strength and ability put together.  But, the scripture reminds us that we must get to the point of ceaseless prayers for our inner strength to be ever ready even in the time of pressure.  It is the persistent prayers that fuel our energy and wisdom to travail in the storm. This can come from spiritual and biological parents praying for you and also prayers that has been stored and banked over time. Therefore, we have to be absolutely filled with the knowledge of God’s will in all wisdom. Yes, it is possible if we have this spiritual understanding of not relenting in the place of prayer. Eph.3:¹⁶ That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man. Unfortunately, many has fallen in hard times but it is good to know that beyond your prayers, someone is praying for you. Therefore, our knowledge and stay in God’s will generates greater energy to purpose.

Amazingly, the strength of many are going down in a time like this because the source of their energy has been cut off. But, we must deepen ourselves in God as we continue the good work without giving up because if there is no connection with our root, we cannot go too far. Phil.4:13  I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me. This life of strength is as possible as it was to the men of old because we have been given dominion over darkness by our inner strength which is your reserved energy for your future. My prayer for us is that we shall reignite the furnace of our fire for ceaseless strength that is firm and unmovable in the phase of challenge. God will strengthen us with all might by His power in Jesus name.

PRAYER POINT:

1.      Father incubate us with your spirit of might that will give us confidence to declare that our God is able in the phase of difficulty in Jesus name.
