Life of Prayer

 

Text:  Luke 18:1 (KJV)

And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray and not to faint.

Friends, we are in a season that prayer becomes very important that we must put it on as a garment at all times. We should live a life of prayer that is inspired, soaked and covered with prayer.  In which, case you can do nothing without communicating to God.  Prayer is the life wire of every individual. It is an attitude we all exhibit consciously or unconsciously but the “B” part of getting feedback from God is not very active.. 1Thes,5:21 Pray without ceasing. Remember, there is a pattern Jesus has prescribed to us as believers according to Mathew 6:9-11. This is a template from start to finish and we must study to follow the lay down standard if we must expect answers and great results for many did not receive answers because they pray a miss.  So, let’s learn to approach prayer by intentionally disciplining ourselves and make it a life style.

Amazingly, prayer is the voice of men in trouble and we cannot rule it out of our daily engagement. We should not wait for only trouble time to communicate with our DADDY who has all and sees all. God communicates to us through His word, so we must communicate to God through our prayers. Mark 11:17 And he taught, saying unto them, Is it not written, my house shall be called of all nations the house of prayer? but ye have made it a den of thieves. It is a channel that must be made active and not sleep at any time of the day or season. Our heavenly father wants to talk with us ceaselessly, so, we cannot break that contact link. Therefore, let us spend time with God through our praises, confession, worship, intercession and making our request known to Him especially in this season. In so doing, we gain strength in the place of prayer and generate power for change inside and outside in our prayer closet. So, walk and live in your generating room for a life of advancement in Jesus name.

PRAYER POINT:

1.        Oh Lord, revive my prayer altar as to enjoy the glory and the presence of God at all times in Jesus name.
