The fruit of longsuffering

 

Text: 2 Peter 3:9 (KJV)

The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness, but is long suffering to us ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come repentance.

Friends, things don’t just happening rather it goes through process time, so bear the fruit of long suffering to obtain the promise.  God is also patience with us for our reconciliation, so wait to receive. So, when you walk through trial time, we should learn to stand tall over storms. As believers, we must bear the fruits of longsuffering that means a time of waiting till my change come. But, our right attitude is very vital as to stand patiently for the new experience.  Romans 5:3-4 And not only so, but we glory in tribulation also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience: and patience, experience: and experience, hope There is a season of tolerance as to forbear the stormy period.  It is part of our divine nature not to live a life of complaining at the moment of delay. When it seems the expectation is abortive please give extra time.  It takes long-temperance to show restrain when stirred to anger and not quick to retaliate. Let’s not give up too quick that brings to birth frustration instead of longsuffering.

Amazingly, you need the grace of God to keep up with good attitude while at this waiting time before your settlement comes. God waits, so we must learn waiting. So, you need self-control to withstand pressure moment in the journey of life. Unfortunately, many give up at the verge and breaking forth of their miracle. We must be patient with each other and to ourselves by making allowance for others fault and delay because of love in Jesus name.

PRAYER POINT:

1. Oh Lord, may we obtain mercy to show a pattern as to bear each other, especially when we suffer delay in life in Jesus name.
