Text: Psalms 40:3 (KJV)
And he hath put a new song in my mouth, even praise unto our God:
many shall see it, and fear, and shall trust in the Lord.
Friends, put on a smiling face
with a new song in this new day and new month.
If I may ask, how do you rise up daily for the days adventure? How do you wake up, is it with a burden or a
song of appreciation? Do you wake to thank God for the opportunity given to you
again? Many of us take waking up as a norm, but that is not meant to be so. The
truth is that many people would have loved to be awake this morning, but that
is not their case. Remember, many have their day loaded with targets but are
not available to execute them anymore. As believers and true children of God,
we are meant to wake up with a new song. This song is like a greeting to God as
a sacrifice by reflecting on His wonders in your life. Psalms 3:5- I laid me down and slept; I awaked
for the Lord sustained me. The greatest wonder among all of them is
the gift of life.
We are to sing cheerfully and
loudly. Psalms
33:3- Sing unto him a new song; play skilfully with a loud noise. Learn to sing out and sing loud because He has done loud
miracles both big and small. Beloved, I encourage you to unlock your new day
with a new song as to sustain the unexplainable glory. Remember, He brought us out
of the horrible pit and from miry and slippery clay. At this point, you should
abandon all to God. Isaiah42:10- …….Sing unto the Lord a new song, and his praise
from the end of the earth,…. This new
song can convert that long prayer requests to testimony explosion in Jesus
name.
PRAYER POINT:
1.
God,
help us to always recognize and create a new day with a new song of joy and
rejoicing in Jesus name.
ACTION QUOTE: Friends, when you wake with
Jesus, you can then sing with Jesus for your new day.
