Not by our Possession.

 

Text: Psalm 44:3

For they got not the land in possession in their own sword, neither did their o

wn arm save them: but thy right hand, and thine arm, and the Light of thy countenance, because thou hadst a favour unto them. (KJV)

There are achievements you do not fight to get it comes as a gift. It is not by your strength you got to this level in life. Many have packed into houses they did not build, dwell in land they did not toil, enjoy vineyards they did not plant, got jobs they are not qualified for all these by genuine God’s favour. God knows your works, how you have worked and made several efforts patiently, but until the Lord build the house your labour is in vain. Let's allow the hand of God to translate our labour into favour.   It is the favour of God we need to end the frustration in our labour as to possess our possesion. The effort becomes enjoyable because of the scent of His presence that distinquishes our labour from favour. You have toiled enough and brought in little, it is time to roll back the net to your creator for a blessing. But the finished work of Jesus on the cross qualifies us and not our works of righteous that any should boast. Friends, let’s go for Gods approval and man will align effortlessly.

Ecclesaitics 9:11 - I returned, and saw under the sun, that the race is not to the swift, not the battle to the strong, neither yet bread to the wise, nor yet riches to men of understanding, nor yet favour to men of skill; but time and chance happened to them. In our contemporary times, we have found out that the fastest runners and the greatest heroes don't always win races. Beloved, without favour a qualified can be disqualified, as the intelligent are not always the richest.  Labour can make great men of ability with experience to be turn down therefore desire favour you can get to any height.

 1.Oh Lord thank you for your outpour of favour upon me and around my career which has taken me to this place of honour in Jesus name.
